General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered through the website www.thegardenclub.es. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Products
The website sells handmade stationery products, including:
- Monthly letters under a subscription model.
- Limited-edition individual products.
The products offered are unique to each monthly edition, although they are not individually customized for each customer.
2. Purchase Process
The purchase process is carried out through the website by selecting the product or subscription and making payment through the secure Stripe payment gateway. Before confirming the order, the user will be able to review the final price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs. The contract shall be deemed concluded once payment has been confirmed.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation. Shipping costs will be shown separately before completing the purchase, except where they are already included in the price of the item. For shipments outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other charges at destination, which shall be borne by the customer.
4. Payment Methods
Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe platform, which guarantees the security of transactions. The owner does not store customers’ banking details.
5. Shipping
Worldwide shipping is carried out through Correos España. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain: between 2 and 4 business days.
- Europe: between 2 and 10 business days.
- Rest of the world: between 5 and 15 business days or more, depending on the destination country.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond the owner’s control, such as customs procedures, logistical incidents, or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in perfect condition. To exercise this right, the customer must notify the owner by email at the address indicated in the Legal Notice.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. For shipments outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal shall apply in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to any legal limitations in the destination country.
7. Returns for Defective Products
In the event of a defective product or an error in shipment, the customer must notify the owner within 48 hours of receipt. In such cases, the owner shall bear the cost of replacement or refund.
8. Monthly Subscription
The subscription is monthly in nature and renews automatically each month using the payment method provided. The customer may cancel the subscription at any time:
- Through the link sent by email once the subscription has been completed.
- By request via email.
The cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and any fees already charged for the current month are non-refundable.
9. Liability
The owner shall not be liable for delays attributable to postal services, customs authorities, or events of force majeure.
10. Dispute Resolution
